Victims have less rights than the accused.

Today was pretty uneventful, all things considering. Dropped the girls off at Disneyland and then I went into the office. Normal day of meetings and work. Then I went back to the hotel, ordered dinner and chilled until the girls asked me at 7pm to pick them up. SEVEN. They’re teenagers in Disneyland and they’re done at SEVEN. I’m concerned about today’s youth.

Before I left, the girl at the front desk - the same one as yesterday - called the room to let me know they “found” the guy and she called the police. By “found” it means that he was no longer hiding in his room. Apparently, he wouldn’t answer yesterday and without a warrant, they were unable to just walk in. When I left to pick the girls up, he was in the lobby being questioned by a couple male officers. I’m pointing that out to say that it wasn’t the same officers as last night.

When we got back to the hotel, the police were just leaving. When we stepped into the lobby, the man was at the front desk signing papers. He stared at the girls and followed them with his eyes the entire way until we turned the corner. I turned around, stared right back and flipped him off. That made him actually turn away.

The girls, fell asleep almost immediately, like old ladies. After they were asleep, I went to ask the front desk what happened. Apparently, since no one actually saw his junk, he couldn’t get charged with indecent exposure. He never touched the girls, so he couldn’t get charged with assault. The photos were deleted off of his phone. The ONLY thing that happened, was he was ejected from the hotel and banned from staying in any Marriott property.

My blood is boiling all over again.
