Not all there

Friday, February 3, 2023 - yes, he glows in the dark.

“You may have noticed, I’m not all there myself,” - Cheshire Cat

I’ve been listening to this audio book by Johann Hari called “Stolen Focus”. Johann spent a year or so on this journey around the world, interviewing scientist, professors, and even secluding himself in this little quaint town in New England, researching humans dwindling focus. The irony is, I’m having a hard time focusing on the book.

I’m never in one place. I’m always here there and everywhere. My ability to focus has never been all that great - I mean, I do have ADHD, but still. It’s been getting worse as I get older. I don’t know if it’s from getting older, or the ADHD, or technology. Let’s face it, the smartphone is probably going to be the demise of humanity. Thanks Steve Jobs.

I’m so sorry Mr. Jobs, I didn’t mean it. I love my Apple products, it’s the only technology I will buy. I am a Mac fanatic. Please don’t punish me for my sacrilege.

Now, where was I?
