Not going to last

I tried today, I really did.

I attempted to work. I logged in, attended a meeting, and even tried to work on a report. I didn’t last long. I eventually asked my boss to chat. I let her know what was going on, and that I am not doing well. Honestly, the thoughts in my head are scaring me and even the idea of voicing them here, makes me shudder. Thankfully, I have a very understanding boss and she told me to take the rest of the day.

I can’t go on like this.
