Our happy place

I love our happy place.

Today, we went to the botanical gardens. Five acres of amazing greenery, fragrant flowers, and the calm of the ocean. We spent a couple hours exploring and enjoying all that nature has to offer. It was so relaxing. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious lunch in their cafe. Just a perfect start to the day.

In the afternoon, we walked around downtown and went into all of the quaint shops. I found some AMAZING used books. We both bought fun gifts for our parents and kiddos. We ended the night with the most delicious pizza from the local pizzeria and watched more Unsolved Mysteries.

I don’t ever want to leave.
